Chicken escalope
Well I had a very productive day yesterday and not a bad day on the diet, although I was so busy I didn't have time to each much until the evening when some friends popped round for a drink and a giggle.
Tidied most of the home as part of my normal weekly ritual. Then spent a few hours sourcing some items for a client, as part of their new look home. Was really tempted at having a mini pizza when I passed a pizza shop, but you'll be pleased to hear I did refrain. Therefore decided to remind myself to get some gluten free pizza bases next time I went to the supermarket later that afternoon... but forgot. In the end I didn't have lunch until 4pm comprising 5 thin slices of beef. Kentucky Fried Chicken would have been nicer but these are the sacrifices one has to make to try and lose weight.
Did manage to find some natural remedy ideas from a book to get me to sleep, but as it meant going to a health shop, which I was nowhere near and ran out of time... I had wine instead. Hopefully today is the day! What I ate yesterday (Day 18)
