THE NEW ME... BUSY, BUSY, BUSY (DAY 29) - A gluten free, natural sugars, less alcohol diet.

Yet another escalope

YUMMY

Another busy day again.  So busy, didn't even have time for 'Orange Wednesdays' and go to the cinema.  Maybe next week?!?!

Ended up doing a Food Hygiene and Safety (Level 2) online course, as part of our diversification of businesses.  Very interesting.  Didn't realise rice has the potential to be so harmful.  Though, have not experienced any bad effects with rice in the last 40 years that I've lived on this planet.  The only real issue I've had with regards food, food poisoning in fact, was when I ate some salmon from a hot shop window, over the border in south Wales (sorry Wales).  A few hours after eating the quite bland snack, I woke up in the middle of the night with really bad stomach cramps.  Then I had the runs.  I'd never had serious diarrhoea-ho-he-hay before and don't wish to have it again.  I was literally pooping green lights!  Luckily the incident hasn't stopped me eating salmon, or going to south Wales, so it's not all bad.

Helped a friend in need, whose washing machine had packed in.  Also did a bagful of paperwork sorting for her to make her life a little less stressful.

Went to our local animal shelter 'The RSPCA Stubbington Ark' and saw a beautiful cat at reception called Theo.  He was definitely a boy cat... they tend to be chunkier and have a heavier brow than girl cats.  Gave him a Whiskers pouch of food, compliments of Harry (Nancy's friend) and then handed the rest in at reception, for the other cats.

Finished the bagful of paperwork at around 8pm.  Watched 15 minutes of The Great British Sewing Bee and was wacked, so went to bed.

Still no response from our existing website host regarding our questions.  Still no reply from a sales team from 2 potential new hosts.  I obviously need to learn some IT jargon so I can speak the same language as them.  Do you think telepathy will work?
